Dry Paint
I needed paint for a crafting project I was doing with a friend and I didn't want to spend money on paint. I was excited to get this paint for a dollar, but when I opened it at home it was all dried up. I was very dissapointed because it was basically a waste of money. I'm not sure if the store just has some old products or if it is like this everywhere, but the same thing happened with the nailpolish I had bought. Unfortunetly; I don't trust paint products from this store anymore.

Prize Paints
Have a little budding artist? Acrylic paint pots are ideal for when you have small projects or playful kids who want to express their creativity. The primary set (red, yellow, blue, green, white, and black) is perfect for starting off, as you can combine colors to make others that are a part of the color wheel. I buy one of each set to have more variety. A good accessory to add to an art set, if you like to make gift packs for kids.

Paint Pots
I wasn't really expecting much of the actual paints when I bought these (one "basics" and one "brights" set); and in that regard they did not disappoint. The consistency of the paints seem to vary from color to color: one blends well and applies smooth, while the next might be a bit thick and "gob-by".
Also don't bother with the included brush -- the bristles are so stiff and thick that it actually leaves bare spots within the paint strokes.
What I *do* find extremely useful (once the paint is used up) is refilling the little plastic pots with small amounts of my standard brand of bottled craft paint. They're just the right size for small projects; and the attached caps keep any leftover paint from drying out between work sessions.
This is basically what I had in mind when I purchased them; and for that purpose they seem to be working out well (hence the 4 stars). Other than that they might be good for kids; but not for any serious crafting.
