Great and sturdy tongs I'm so glad Dollar Tree has Betty Crocker kitchen items. These salad tongs are sturdier than you'd expect and have been great serving salads. They are joined together by interlocking the 2 halves in the middle... since the little "clips" are made of plastic like the rest of the utensil, I recommend taking the tongs apart for cleaning and storage. (That's how I broke my last pair... although those weren't Betty Crocker ones.) June 10, 2013
