Bright Latex Balloons, 14-ct. Packs
You Get What You Pay For...
After doing a bit of research to find the best bang for our buck for an April Fool's Day prank, Dollar Tree had the cheapest balloons. Apparently "cheap" describes the price AND quality. You get what you pay for!! We bought a case of these balloons (48 bags of 14--672 total count). Around 50 of them were too thin to inflate and/or had holes in them and wouldn't hold air. Then the next morning we found another 25 or so that had deflated overnight (6 or 7 hours after inflation). They were stored indoors and used within a week, so I am under the impression that they were just cheap from the get-go. I would not recommend this product to anyone unless they only expect a 75% success rate.

Good Cheap Balloons
I buy this package of balloons when I am having a party or event. I like them because there's 14 in pack and I can simply decorate. I blow em up and there I go. They don't cost much so if some don't work it's okay. Balloons are just simple party decorations so I don't expect a lot from balloons like these. They work and they are inexpensive for that party I am throwing. When I blow them up the powder or chemical doesn't burn my mouth. Although they are balloons so they gross when blowing them up unless you don't mind. They stay inflated and decorate my tables or walls nicely. They have always been perfect for what I need.
