Orleans Ready-To-Eat Chicken Salad, 2.9 oz.
I really like this chicken salad lunch kit. You only get 4 crackers (other brands give 6), but I usually put the chicken salad on bread or a wrap and make a sandwich from it anyway. Good stuff.

Chicken Salad Kits help the homeless
Every day some hungry person comes to our church door asking for a sack lunch. We give them a sack containing water, cookies, jello or pudding and an Orleans Ready-To-Eat Chicken Salad Kit. The Chicken Salad kit is the first thing they eat and they often say "This tastes good". The Chicken kit is a fun way to provide protein to those who have an unhealthy lifestyle of life on the street. The ladies of the church purchase the kits for a dollar and buy 36 kits every month. These kits are a good way to help the homeless have something to eat.

I take this for lunch daily, easy to throw into a bag. We are saving some for emergency rations both at home and in the car. Best of all, no clean-up. Just toss the box and spoon in the trash. These meals have a surprisingly long shelf-life also. So easy to store on the back of a shelf for that rainy day, or just when you dont feel like fixing something, or the kids are home alone. No cooking, no mixing and no cleanup. Just good tasting everyday food when you want it. And all that for just a buck!

Great Ready-To-Eat Chicken & Tuna Salad
These are a great buy to keep in your vehicle as non-perishable, ready to eat food to pass along to homeless folks on the street or to donate to organizations collecting food for people in need.
