Similar to Morton's
Pretty sure this is ground rock salt, like Morton's. But for a buck, you cant beat this value, and come on I mean its salt right. But a good kosher salt can make or break a steak and this is very very good on steak. Also has good blendability and the crystals flake between your fingers and thats always a good sign.

Excellent condiment
Some of us do not like the taste or the consequences of salt. This product adds the flavor but not the off-putting taste or potential HBP of iodonized salt.
An outstanding value.
