WHEN IT IS TIME TO CELEBRATE When it is time to celebrate, it is time to stop at the Dollar Tree! I always get a nice big bouquet of balloons to make birthdays and any occassion more special. With the balloons costing only a dollar each, I can go all out and really make someone feel special without breaking the bank. They are every bit the same as the balloons you pay 4 times as much for in the other stores! August 1, 2012
