Convex Picture Frame
Ordered them in gold and when the shipment came, ten were gold and the other ten were in silver! Called customer service only to be told that she can't help me because they don't have anymore of the gold tone. However, the gold frames are still on their website available. I needed them for table numbers for my organization's Christmas party. Really frustrating.

Half of order was wrong item
I ordered 12 of the gold accented frames and when I went to my local Dollar Tree to pick up the order, I was shocked that I only had 6 gold accented ones. The other 6 had silver accents. These frames were being used for a school's sporting event goody bag and the color was VERY important. The quality was good, but I was very disappointed that the order was wrong. So make sure if you order something and pick it up from the store, examine it before you leave.
