exactly what I was wanting! I'm glad I ignored the other reviews. I did not find this product to be way too watery at all. I put a little of this on the edges of my black flowers. You can even buy refills for them here. September 9, 2012
couldnt use them for what i wanted but... These are too watery but there great to spread sparkles!I wanted to reemelish a shirt but it was to watery.so what i did was pot a dolop of it on a lotion bottle and spread it around for the best sparkles!They stayed forever and where great!
