Yum
I wasn't expecting much out of this pancake mix but it exceeded my expectations. Very tasty and the only ingredient you need to add is water...no eggs or oil or anything else needed. Good to have on hand.

Just the right amount of sweetness
I like to make my own pancake mix, but there are plenty of mornings when I don't have the brain power to do more than two or three steps to attain my breakfast. I keep this stuff on hand for that purpose, and it works very well. Has just the right amount of sweetness, rises nicely, and creates tasty fluffy pancakes. It certainly lives up to its name.
