L.A. Colors Expressions 12-Color Eyeshadow Palette
Couldn't make it work............
I can't speak for the other la color pallets but the one I'm focusing on is the traditional pallet. I did research on the traditional pallet and many of them were excellent...many beauty bloggers, including beautybroadcast/emilynoel83 compared them to urban decay's naked 1 or 2 pallet...I can't recall, but when she mentioned that I had to get this pallet. When I purchased the pallet, I was very excited and when I played around with it...the eye look was horrible...I used eye primer of course but the colors looked terrible on me. I thought maybe I was applying the colors wrong..so I looked at countless tutorials on Youtube and even after, the colors didn't look right on me. I guess the problem I had was I found that many of the colors came off too chalky or too silvery/sheeny, looked different on my skin from the pan, and didn't blend well together. After many attempts, I decided that I couldn't work with the pallet and threw it out. I feel good with my decision because it was only a dollar.
P.S. I researched another re-make of the traditional pallet, that is found at many Family Dollar stores...I am now on the hunt for that pallet.

Great makeup. It has wonderful colors and cheap than you can buy more than one.

I have two of the twelve pan palettes. You just can't beat this shadow as a budget conscious choice for eyeshadows. I was pleasantly surprised at the staying power of these shadows. Pigmentation varies between colors. Overall, a great buy. Stock up!!

Better than expected
These eyeshadows do not rub off during the day. Very impressed with wearability. Only drawback is lack of smooth application. Do need to blend well.
