Great for starters
I happen to be on the road of being a makeup guru! When I bought this item, I was surprised! It goes on smooth and has a thin brush witch is good for fine lines. But.. When it dries it clumps off and falls on your face! Which is a no no to me. And when it gets to be after nine months it gets dry inside the bottle!

Best Purchase Ever
This is the first time I have ever used Liquid eyeliner I am not that used to it yet but it is very nice and smooth I just cant do A straight line LOL but it Glides on fairly easy And I will learn to get better because I really Like the Wingned Look So I will learn to do that. I would recommend this any day Good Bargin Dollar tree.

Pleasantly surprised!
I bought this product because I really like the winged eyeliner look and I wanted something cheap to practice with. Let's face it, newbie or out of practice liquid eyeliner results can be tragic. It's been years since I've messed with this stuff, and let me tell you, this product is far better than the ones that I payed a lot more for as a teenager. I got perfect results the first time, just keep in mind it took two coats. It lasted pretty well throughout the day and wiped off fairly easily with a warm washcloth. Needless to say, forget about graduating to a more expensive product once this is gone. It wont be necessary!

I couldn't live without this product
I first purchased this product after I caught pink eye and I needed an inexpensive eyeliner that I could use just once and discard. I was so impressed with this product that I ditched my other product and I exclusively use L.A. Colors.
It's a great value.
What other reviewers have said is true. It does have a tendency to flake and several applications may be needed to get the right thickness. Aside from a close encounter between my eyelid and a friend during a makeover no one has suspected that my eyeliner is from the dollar tree.
