Only one I can take This in combination with the other Nature's measure products energy boost and weight loss are the only one's that I feel a difference, see a difference and doesn't mess with my blood pressure. Check out the ingredients I've always enjoyed Dollar Tree Supplements, and expected the same good effects from this product but it gave me dizziness. It may be the chromium as Brewer's Yeast also gives me dizziness and chromium is natural in Brewer's Yeast. It's good to google the ingredients. December 19, 2012
