1,000 IU or MORE Just letting everyone know that although these are very low price, certain people might not benefit from only 1 pill at a time. If you have very low levels you might need to purchase vitamins that carry up to 5,000 IU but 400 IU are perfect for children, and to boost your already existing healthy lifestyle. This will maintain you but you should definitely take at least 2 if not even 4 pills because 400 IU is not cutting it. For a dollar a bottle, I'd buy these by the cases. August 24, 2012
