CORE Field Operations Executive Development Program graduates are District Managers with full responsibility for maximizing the profitability of a group of 10+ stores. The District Manager carries out this vital responsibility by providing leadership and guidance to the Store Managers and staff. In addition to ensuring that the stores properly execute operational standards, cost control, and asset protection, the District Manager works to ensure that stores consistently deliver an unmatched customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and lead high-performance teams.
  • Analyze district sales results and trends to maximize sales increases.
  • Demonstrate a drive for results and commitment to continuous business improvement.
  • Ensure that stores:
    • - Deliver an optimum shopping experience with high customer service levels.
    • - Maximize sales through inventory mix and merchandise presentation.
    • - Manage assets and control inventory shrinkage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
  • Retail experience (preferred)
  • Ability to relocate
