What if my business or organization is Tax Exempt?

If your organization is tax exempt, you will need to create an account on our website. When placing your first online order, you will be prompted to create an account when you check out. On this screen you will also be asked if your order is for an organization with tax exempt status. Click “yes” and fill out the required tax exempt information. Your entries must match the information on your tax exempt form.

We also are required to keep a copy of your tax ID certificate on file, which you can fax to 757-321-5245 or email to ddirect@dollartree.com. The screen mentioned above also provides online instructions on how to fax or email your certificate, plus a printable fax cover sheet.

We will keep your tax exempt information on file until it expires, at which time a new copy of your tax ID certificate will be required. Upon receipt of your new certificate, we will update the expiration date in our system.

Can I have a copy of your catalog mailed to me?

Our online store features all of our products and is the best place to shop for our widest selection of items. We do, however, create a seasonal printed catalog that features items from all of our product categories. We invite you to view the most current DollarTree.com Catalog online.
