So impressed and pleased.
We were very happy with our purchase of 96 square, white dinner plates. They were transported a total of 5 times, washed twice and handled (not so gently) at a wedding. Not one broke or even chipped or cracked. What did we do with 96 plates afterwards? I have one granddaughter moving into her own apt., another granddaughter going away to college, 2 family members just needing extra plates and the rest we divided up equally and packed them away. We are a large family and the next time we need many plates, we have them. I would recommend these plates to anyone in a heartbeat.

Good product for the price
I agree quality could be better but for the price and the minor defects I'm not complaining. I would buy these plates again no question asked so for a dollar per plate i'm buying.

Glazing scrapes off with use, warps in microwave
The glazing on this stoneware scrapes off after the first use, leaving you with little dark charcoal gray scratches in the finish. Give it a few uses, and the whole plate looks like it went through a battlezone. They also seem to warp in the microwave. I bought a full set of these, unfortunately they'll have to go in the trash now. Will be buying glass plates next time.
