agree... be careful
always burn these pillars using a holder. the quality is very poor and they will spill over. i never had this problem before but it has been awhile since i bought one. it seems to happen with the one that have "spa" written on them. maybe they changed the style. i don't know. just be careful as wax does not come off a carpet!!!!!!! :(

do NOT burn
i bought these pillars for our new house based on the value. it ended up costing me $150!!! the pillars spilled over and ruined my brand new coffee table! they don't burn straight!!! why are these pillars shaped like a dome??? the wax pours down the side and not in the middle. fyi, same thing happened to my mother who also bought these pillars. my suggestion, spend a tiny bit more and get a pillar that won't ruin your things!
