Cheap but they worked
We had to have a bunch of inexpensive frames for some award certificates. We needed 24 of them, so I ordered 48, thinking, well, I'll save on the shipping and we will have them for next year. A few of the frames broke trying to get the certificate in the frame, so I'm glad I had the extras. I realize they are only a dollar and they worked for the purpose we needed them for. I personally wouldn't buy them if I were hanging one for my own personal house, but they worked for our little award certificates at work.

Certificate Frames
The frames were excellent and make our certificates look so great.

does not fit and break easily
These frames are actually 1/16" too small in both height and width. This means that you either need to cut the document you want to frame or the document bunches up slightly. Not sure this is worth the money saved.
They are of course plastic and plastic breaks. Out of 24 frames I had to throw 3 out and now need to go buy more. If it wasn't this close to my event, I would throw these out and buy others.
