Good product, shipping was fast. However, four (4) of the frames were broken .

Not what I ordered
Ordered 12 gold. I got 3 gold and 9 silver! Apparently, I'm not the only person who had this problem. It's hard to get the photos in, but possible. I think the glass and trim looks fine, but it is a terrible value if you need gold, and they send you mostly silver.

Item not as described
This frame was described as having gold trim. We ordered 120 of the frames. The trim is cheap silver plastic covered in clear wrap that is wrinkled. The easel back is glued on to the frame all the way around except at the top to slide in a photo. But it's too tight & there isn't enough space to even put a photo in. The glass around the outside of the frame is nice looking but the trim is very cheap looking & even crooked.
