most convient Epson Salts
There are other quantities of Epson Salt available that may be less expensive however the 1# packaging is very convenient. The fragrance is an added bonus.
I am a great proponent of self help and if you have aches and pains from old injuries, yard work, playing to hard, exercising in excess, what ever causes the tightness in your muscles, even the flu, Epson Salt is something I do to relieve my muscle pain. The aroma therapy further relaxes via my senses. It is a true pleasure to take care of my self without drugs.

Absolutely the best I have tried
I suffer from a heel spur and body fatigue, I also have random aches and pains, from inproper shoes or standing too long. My sister gave me two bags and it worked absolutely wonders of magic on me. I have always been a shower person, never a bath, but the pain had been so severe, I was willing to try the soaking. The first night the aroma was so soothing, I soaked for more than 15 minutes. It was the most relaxing experience I ever had, usually if I did soak it would be with just regular epsom salt, but this was the very best experience I had ever tried and I enjoyed it. It is almost unexplainable how I felt after, nothing had worked for me like this was working. The pain seems be less with each soaking, I am able to rest, relax and sleep at night, without aches and cramps in my leg and thighs. This is the best medicine, for me and I would recommend it to anyone who has aches, soreness and experience cramps in the feet, legs and thighs.
