I have used these bowls on many occasions.

I have used these bowls to make banana puddings.
Yes, do crack that's understandable; because its only
a dollar. Only problem is every dollar tree stores
dosen't keep them in stock.

Looks good but not sturdy

It looks cute but the sides are so flimsy that they crack easily. Not worht even a dollar.

Useful cheap bowls

These bowls are great for popcorn, chips, lettuce and other large amounts of light foods. The plastic is thin, so I would hesitate to put them in the dishwasher unless it were in the top rack. Might be okay. I wouldn't recommend for halloween candy, might break. 4 3/4" is deeper than it looks.
