Baking pans...Grrreat These are the perfect size for the brownies I bake on a weekly basis. They are a perfect size...not too big nor too small. We are looking forward to trying fudge in these pans in December...hoping that they'll be as perfect as they are for the brownies! November 2, 2012
Great for casserole splitting When I cook a casserole that calls for a 13 x 9 x 2 pan I usually use these to split the recipe into two. I place it in a zip-loc freezer bag to cook for a rainy or busy day and place the other into my stove on a cookie sheet for our dinner. It has worked out great for me and this saves me a lot of money since we usually try to have at least one casserole (of sone sort) a week to make food stretch. October 11, 2010
