Great for casserole splitting
When I cook a casserole that calls for a 13 x 9 x 2 pan I usually use these to split the recipe into two. I place it in a zip-loc freezer bag to cook for a rainy or busy day and place the other into my stove on a cookie sheet for our dinner. It has worked out great for me and this saves me a lot of money since we usually try to have at least one casserole (of sone sort) a week to make food stretch.
