Great for camping!
Picked this up to take to the beach for a houseful of young adults. Easy to fix, just add water and better that the Bisquick I use at home. I was also picking up various inexpensive foods to try out for backpacking with out paying a fortune and this perfectly fits the bill.

Love this product
Usually make my own pancake mix from scratch but do not always have the time. Harvest Hill Light & FLuffly Pancake Mix fills the bill at those busy times. For an extra, extra light pancake, just add clear soda such as 7-up or Zero instead of water. Try it & you'll have an extra light & fluffy pancake. You can also spread thin for a lovely crepe. Enjoy!

Yum
I wasn't expecting much out of this pancake mix but it exceeded my expectations. Very tasty and the only ingredient you need to add is water...no eggs or oil or anything else needed. Good to have on hand.

Just the right amount of sweetness
I like to make my own pancake mix, but there are plenty of mornings when I don't have the brain power to do more than two or three steps to attain my breakfast. I keep this stuff on hand for that purpose, and it works very well. Has just the right amount of sweetness, rises nicely, and creates tasty fluffy pancakes. It certainly lives up to its name.
