Pleasant Surprise
I bought this without reading any reviews. I figured it was a dollar, why not. I bought the hazelnut flavor. It doesn't look like ground coffee, however it did have a nice aroma. The coffee tastes great. I do believe I made the pot a little too strong, so it is almost overpowering. But if that's the case, then I'm all for this coffee!

premium coffee with great value
My son likes hazelnut, my wife and I like breakfast blend. We feel Mountain high coffee is the best. Best taste. No after taste, and very smooth. Every thing you want in a coffee is their. We love it.

Mountain High Breakfast Blend Coffee is the best coffee I have ever tasted and to think it came from the Dollar Tree. Vietnam produces some of the most aromatic , smooth (never bitter), rich, full bodied coffee beans in the world and yes this coffee is from Vietnam. Highly recommend you give it a try you'll love it, the only problem is that it sells out quickly so stock up or order online. Definitely a two thumbs UP !!!

Pretty Decent
I bought this coffee in a bind. Needed coffee and didn't have much cash. I wasn't looking forward to a $1 bag of coffee from the Dollar Tree but my coffee addiction overruled. I poured the bag into a coffee container I use. The smell was great although I didn't notice the chocolate everyone seems to mention. I did notice what looked like debris (small sticks or stems of plants or something). I was not impressed but after removing a few pieces (as much as I could anyway) made a pot anyway. Pleasantly surprised is all I can say. The smell while brewing perked up the coffee center in my brain, if it tasted as good as it smelled I thought, I may be on to something here. It did taste as good as it smelled. I too noticed no bitterness. Strong dark color and good rich flavor. I'm normally a coffee snob, and I'm adding this to the "good to go" list. I also like my coffee with sugar and creme and this coffee mixed well with both. Who would have thought? Certainly not me. It's good and I recommend everyone to try it. If it's true what someone mentioned about some batches being horrible, I have yet to buy one.
