Taste good
I bought these marshmallows for the purpose of making a marshmallow fondant and it came out good, a little tough to roll out, but still good. I had extra so I also used this to top sweet potatoes and they melted down in the oven beautifully, seemed to burn easily, but not to the point that they tasted bad.

10.5 ounce bags, not 12 ounce
I would have given this product 5 stars all the way down because the quality is working out great and the price even at 10.5 ounces is good. I gave it 3 stars though because I ordered these thinking they were 12 ounce bags, and when I went to pick them up at the store they were only 10.5 ounce bags. Customer service was very helpful in adjusting the difference for me, however the website still states that they are 12 ounce bags.
