Acetominophen--great! Works!! I have a friend who's suffering from debilitating muscle and joint pain and cannot take aspirin. This product works and works well, taken as directed. Cured my sickness! I was sick about one month ago and it didn't go away. I tried many different products from the dollar tree like the Ibuprofen. After doing some research, I found Acetaminophen was helpful in curing sickness. So I went out and bought the stuff, as well the Robitussin and Nyquil from the dollar tree.
