V ery disappointment!!! I'm a person that shops at dollar tree several times a month, but this time I ordered some silver & black balloons holder online. First, they were not blk & slv, but just silver and the product was starting to fade as if they we very old, I was so very disappointed when i received my order. June 4, 2012
