I made a phone order for my employer. I thought I was purchasing one thing, but it was something else. Didn't realize it until I went to pick it up at my local Rockledge store. I couldn't return the items, but my Rockledge store went above and beyond making calls to other stores to replace my wrong order and they kept the other merchandise. Thanks so much for your help.
