Useful calculator for elementary and middle-school
This calculator was welcomed by a group of 5th grade students. It performs all functions well and students liked having a choice of colors.

These are perfect to keep around the house. I keep one in the kitchen and one in my bedroom in my desk where I prepare the shopping lists. I know they are durable as my 5 and 3 year olds like to find them and press buttons constantly and they've gotten thrown around quite a bit. Great product for just $1!

A Great Little Calculator
I purchased one of these calculators at my local Dollar Tree several months ago. The one I purchased is blue and looks and performs nicely.
I mostly just needed a simple calculator to perform basic adding and subtracting when I go grocery shopping and couponing (to help make sure I am getting a good deal). I have been pretty rough with the calculator, keeping it in my purse (usually at the very bottom underneath everything) and it has held up all of this time and still functions perfectly.
The buttons don't stick or anything like that, they work just as they are supposed to. The calculator is a hard see thru plastic, you can see some of the insides of the calculator, which some kids might find interesting and fun. The calculator does have an "Off" button, which is something I wanted in a calculator (a lot don't and rely solely on lack of solar power or idleness to turn off).
I have other calculators in my house but find myself sometimes using this one instead because it works just as well and is compact.
Overall, I do recommend these calculators. They come in a variety of colors, so there is something for everyone, they get the job done and do it well, and they are sturdy enough that they should be good for adults and children alike. It is a good calculator for basic functions, I like it a lot.
