Great Value! I've bought dozens of these for birthday bags for our local food pantry. I split them up into four packs and wrap them in plastic wrap to add to the bags. They look and burn just like the candles we pay a lot more for in other stores! With four colors per box they can be mixed and matched. July 27, 2012
