Great Value super Customer Service
I had a great experience ordering vases for a fundraiser I was working on. I placed an order for 48 Jardin vases online and when they came to the store I felt they were too large. I looked around and found another vase that would of worked better (fluted glass Ivy vase) and was told to to place the order online. I spoke to Tracy in customer service and she was so helpful. She allowed me to get a complete refund and shipped the new vases to the store with plenty of time before the event. I was very pleased with the service and the vases were perfect and a bargain.
