Perfect Heart Balloons I have bought hundreds of these balloons over the years for special events like Valentine's Day parties and my 50th b-day party in 2011. These are high-quality balloons that have stayed true to form and full and bright for several days up to a week. I would always buy them a day or two before an event and never had any problems with falling or crinkly balloons. Thank you Dollar Tree for always being there for me. :) July 24, 2012
