IT MAKES A GREAT MORNING PICK-ME-UP I drink one every morning. And, just by doing that I help maintain my daily requirement of vitamin D. Unfortunately, people my age (55), do not drink any milk, that usually results in soft bones. Which can cause problems, like bone marrow problems, later in life.
