Cayenne stops arterial bleeding instantly. if sprinkled on the cut. It stings but can save a life. According to some herbalists, potency of an unopened container should last at least 14 years. A handful mixed in water and swallowed will stop heart attack or stroke in seconds. This container, kept under the car seat, with a throw away water, can save lives.

I love this spice because it really adds an extra kick to my meals to liven them up. The added benefit to Cayenne pepper is that it is associated with several health benefits, ranging from sore throats to high blood pressure.

It's cayenne pepper flavored pepper. I bought it to use as a supplement for the health benefits, not reading the fine print. If you just want to make your food hot and spicy it works. It's hot. But just know it's not actual cayenne pepper.
