Distribution Center Management Training Program

The Dollar Tree DC Management Training Program is designed to train future logistics professionals through a rotational training program. Management Trainees learn every aspect of Retail Distribution Leadership through both structured and hands-on learning experiences. At the completion of the training program, Trainees become DC Department Managers, with full departmental responsibility within one of our 10 Distribution Centers.

During the program, Trainees will learn:

  • Distribution Technology
  • Inventory Management
  • Inbound/Outbound Operational Procedures - All departments within a DC
  • Yard Management
  • Human Resources and Leadership
  • Productivity / Cost Management
  • Manpower Planning
  • Internal / External Customer Service
  • Safety and Loss Prevention
  • Quality Control
