I eat these every day - several usually... great taste and texture and a jolt of protein with minimal fat. Love em -- much better than other brands I have tried.

My husband loves these for a snack full of protein, & vitamins!
A small serving of sardines once a day can provide 13% of vitamin B2; roughly one-quarter of niacin and about 150% of vitamin B12 of the recommended daily value.
Sardines are high in the major minerals such as phosphorus, calcium, potassium! Sardines are also a natural source of marine omega-3 fatty acids. They are also a good source of vitamin D, calcium, vitamin B12,and protein.
So add to your health at an affordable cost that beats all the other guys!
